- Answer calls for roadside service and light & heavy tows, providing professional and efficient customer service to every customer.
- Enter call information accurately into towing software and dispatch drivers. This includes providing accurate pricing for quotes and dispatched calls.
- Take payments over the phone as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be willing to work several on-call shifts per week including nights and weekends, as well as rotating holidays.
- Must be able to download and use apps essential to dispatching duties, using own PC and/or cell phone. Including, but not limited to: Towbook, Square, Ideatek.
