Patrick Romm is the Director of Collision Operations at Dacus Auto Body & Collision Repair, where he leads operational improvements, supports the team, and focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience. With a background in healthcare delivery and health insurance, he brings extensive experience in operations management, process improvement, and customer service.
